Black dog seen running down Bayberry & Sandalwood

This morning (9:50) a black dog, similar hair to a german shepherd, but all black, was loose on Bayberry.  Tried to coax him to me but he/she barked (a lot!) and ran away.  He/she appeared to have a collar on.
